Anil Seth

Anil is Professor of Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience and Co-Director of the Sackler Centre for Consciousness Science at the University of Sussex.  He is also Editor-in-Chief of the academic journal Neuroscience of Consciousness (Oxford University Press).  He is internationally renowned for his research on the brain and especially on the biological basis of conscious experience, and he is a frequent contributor to the media, writing for New Scientist and The Guardian among others.

Anil is editor and co-author of 30 Second Brain, EyeBenders (winner of the 2014 Royal Society Young Persons’s book prize), and BrainTwister. Follow him on Twitter @anilkseth
